Performing small gynecological operations (instrumental revision of the walls of the uterine cavity, culdocentesis, vacuum aspiration of the contents of the uterine cavity, hydrotubation, conization of the cervix)
Performing large gynecological operations (laparotomy adnexectomy, tubectomy, myomectomy, ovarian resection, amputation of the uterus with and without appendages, extirpation of the uterus with appendages; assistance on vaginal extirpation of the uterus without appendages, endoscopic operations, assistance in the oncological dispensary for Wertheim surgery, omentectomy)
Performing minor obstetric operations (suturing the cervix, installing an obstetric pessary, instrumental examination of the walls of the postpartum uterus, vacuum aspiration of the contents of the uterine cavity, manual separation of the placenta and afterbirth, applying a vacuum extractor of the KIWI system, applying exit and cavity obstetric forceps, applying hemostatic sutures to the descending branches of the uterine arteries, perineorphy, colporaphy, cervicoraphy), as well as rotational techniques for the posterior appearance of occipital presentation (digital and manual rotation)
Performing major obstetric surgeries: cesarean section (including corporal and fundal); hysterectomy (Cuvéler’s uterus); applying B‑Lynch sutures, compression square sutures, Perrey sutures, sutures on the ascending uterine arteries; therapeutic and diagnostic relaparotomy. Performing surgery for the following diagnoses: premature detachment of a normally located placenta, placenta previa with bleeding, placenta accreta with subsequent hysterectomy without adnexa, uterine rupture along a scar.
Proficiency in the technique of extraction with the intact fetal membrane and the intact fetal‑placental complex.
Proficiency in the technique of autologous blood reinfusion using the Cell‑Saver device.
Proficiency in managing spontaneous vaginal deliveries in cephalic and breech presentations (including footling breech), deliveries with a uterine scar, difficult deliveries complicated by shoulder dystocia, and deliveries in multiple pregnancies.
