About the specialist
The head of the Department of Pediatric Urology‑Andrology treats patients with a wide range of urological diseases. Her professional competence includes the treatment of urolithiasis, as well as benign and malignant neoplasms of the urinary tract, including lesions of the prostate gland, bladder, ureters and kidneys.
The specialist is engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of specific (tuberculous) and non-specific inflammatory diseases of the urinary system, such as orchitis, epididymitis, urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis and pyelonephritis. In addition, the doctor's practice includes work with urogynecological diseases: urinary incontinence and various types of fistulas, including utero‑vesicular, ureterovaginal and vesicovaginal.
The work uses an integrated approach: from accurate diagnosis and conservative therapy to coordination of surgical interventions and subsequent rehabilitation of patients. Special attention is paid to the preparation of individual treatment plans, taking into account the age characteristics of children and adolescents, as well as the prevention of complications.
