Cardiologist
* Main areas of clinical practice:
* Management of cardiology patients, including those with cardiac rhythm and conduction disorders
* Diagnosis of cardiac rhythm and conduction disorders based on ECG results and 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring
* Performance of transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography
* Outpatient follow-up and interrogation of pacemakers and other antiarrhythmic devices
* Performance of invasive electrophysiological studies as an electrophysiologist
Main areas of research:
* Investigation of diastolic heart function in patients with cardiac rhythm disorders
* Prevention of heart failure and cardioembolic events in atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter
