Traumatology and Orthopedics Dr. Zakharyan carries out scientific and medical work in the following areas: • endoprosthetics of large joints, • foot surgery, • treatment of limb deformities and the consequences of locomotor system injuries. He conducts outpatient appointments, and performs over 300 orthopedic surgeries per year.

In 2004, he graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN). In 2004-2006, he completed his residency at the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Medical Faculty of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN). In 2006-2008, he completed postgraduate studies at the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Medical Faculty of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN). In 2008, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Dislocations after total hip replacement", scientific supervisor — Professor, Doctor of Medicine Zagorodny N.V.

He has interned in Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Austria, USA
