Since 2004, she has been working as a pediatric neurosurgeon.
In 2020, she was awarded the 2020 Russian Government Prize in Science and Technology for the development and implementation of a method for intrauterine surgical correction of myelomeningocele in the fetus, prolongation of pregnancy, delivery, and a rehabilitation program for children born after intrauterine myelomeningocele correction.

Providing neurosurgical care to patients from birth to 18 years of age. Performs the following surgical procedures: various shunt surgeries for hydrocephalus, endoscopic surgeries for hydrocephalus and brain cysts (including aqueductoplasty and stenting of the cerebral aqueduct, and Magendie foramen plasty), excision of congenital spinal and cranial hernias, correction of post-traumatic cranial vault defects, removal of tumors of the vault and base of the skull, and correction of complex congenital and acquired skull deformities using the most innovative techniques. Performs dorsal selective rhizotomies in patients with spastic forms of cerebral palsy.
During surgeries, he extensively utilizes intraoperative neuromonitoring. He has mastered all surgical methods for the treatment of pediatric epilepsy, including intracranial electrode implantation, focal cortical and lobar resections, callosotomy, temporo-occipito-parietal disconnection, functional hemispherotomy, and more.

Since 2004, he has been working at the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution Scientific and Practical Center for Specialized Medical Care for Children of the Moscow Health Department as a neurosurgeon.

In 2002, he graduated with honors from the Russian State Medical University with a degree in General Medicine.
In 2004, he completed his residency in pediatric neurosurgery. In 2014, he defended his PhD dissertation.

In 2010 and 2012, he completed an internship at Miami Children's Hospital (USA). In February-March 2014, he completed an internship at the Bambino Gesu Clinic (Rome, Italy).
