1985 — graduated with honours from the Sverdlovsk State Medical Institute (Order of the Red Banner of Labour), specialty “General Medicine”;
1985–1987 — clinical residency in “Otorhinolaryngology”, N.I. Pirogov Second Moscow State Medical Institute (Order of Lenin); in 1999 she defended a thesis for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences on the topic “Extratympanic electrocochleography in the diagnosis of cochleovestibular disorders”.
