Research Institute for Emergency Children’s Surgery and Traumatology – Dr. Roshal’s Clinic was established in 2003 on the basis of the Children's City Clinical Hospital No. 20 named after K. A. Timiryazev. From that moment on, the newly created institute succeeded the renowned hospital. Today, Dr. Roshal’s Clinic provides diagnostics, treatment, and rehabilitation to children with severe traumatic brain injury and polytrauma, different bone fractures, spinal injuries, acute surgical abdomen, and purulent and inflammatory conditions of soft tissues and bones. Dr. Roshal’s Clinic provides round-the-clock care. Over 100,000 patients seek help annually, with over 30,000 emergency patients arriving to admission department, around 15,000 of which requiring inpatient care.
