Work Experience:
In September 1991, he was appointed to the position of Senior Research Fellow at the Research Institute of Pediatric Hematology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, and from January 1995, he was appointed Acting Head of the Emergency Hematology Department at Morozov Children's Hospital.
On December 1, 1995, he was appointed to the position of Hematologist at the 14th Hematology Department of Morozov Children's Hospital.
From September 2002, he was transferred to the position of Head of the Hematology Department at Morozov Children's Hospital, where he continues his work to the present day.
Since 2014, he has been the Head of the City Center for Oncology and Hematology at Morozov Children's Hospital of Moscow Healthcare Department.
Since 2010, he has also been an Associate Professor at the Department of Oncology, Hematology and Immunology of the Faculty of Pediatrics at the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University.

In 1981, he graduated from the full-time program of the Faculty of Pediatrics at the Pirogov Moscow State Medical Institute.
In 1981–1983, he completed a clinical residency at the Department of Pediatric Diseases No. 1 of the Pirogov Moscow State Medical Institute, an affiliated institute of Morozov Children's Hospital.
From 1983 to 1986, he pursued full-time postgraduate studies at the same department of the institute.
Upon completion of his postgraduate studies, from September 1986 to August 1991, he served as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Diseases No. 1 of the Pirogov Moscow State Medical Institute.
In 1988, he defended his Candidate of Sciences thesis on "Clinical, Hematological, and Prognostic Characteristics of Variants and Subvariants of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Children".
