Head of the Department of Onco-Otorhinolaryngology, Surgeon of the Highest Qualification Category, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation. She has been awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation for many years of dedicated service. Laureate of the National Prize "Vocation" (2011) in the nomination "For Performing a Unique Life-Saving Operation." Doctor of Medical Sciences, a surgeon whose work has transformed the standards of oncological care.

She was the first surgeon in Russia to perform unique operations for the placement of voice prostheses in patients after total laryngectomy, enabling thousands of people to regain their ability to speak. This groundbreaking approach was recognized with the National Prize "Vocation."

Author of 143 scientific publications, 8 patents for inventions, and 2 monographs.
