2002 – appointed head of the 23rd multidisciplinary therapeutic department of the hospital.
To the present – combines clinical work with teaching and research as a professor at the Department of Hospital Therapy of Pirogov RNRMU, training young specialists.
Participates in hospital-wide conferences where complex clinical cases are discussed.
Supervises the implementation of modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods in the department.
