Monitoring and maintenance of vital functions, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, administration of sedation and anesthesia during examinations and procedures outside the operating room, as well as anesthetic support for surgical interventions, including in children with cerebral palsy, postoperative pain management, therapy for neuropathic pain, provision of transfusion services, etc. He developed new insights into the possibilities of using balanced central and peripheral regional anesthesia in children suffering from cerebral palsy. He developed a new, unparalleled algorithm for anesthetic management of surgical interventions in patients with cerebral palsy, based on regional blockades.

In 2015, he defended his dissertation on the topic “Anesthetic support during reconstructive surgical interventions in patients with cerebral palsy,” and by decision of the dissertation council of the N.I. Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, he was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences.
