Head of the Endoscopy Department – endoscopist.

Proficient in the full range of modern endoscopic techniques:
• Diagnostic oesophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), including chromoscopy and magnification (ZOOM);
• Colonoscopy, including examination of the terminal ileum;
• Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) of the oesophagus, stomach, pancreas and biliary area;
• Biopsy under visual control (including forceps, brush biopsy, fine‑needle aspiration);
• Endoscopic removal of benign gastrointestinal neoplasms (polypectomy);
• Management of acute bleeding from the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract (injection method, clipping, argon plasma coagulation);
• Stenting of the oesophagus and colon for tumour obstruction;
• Placement of nasointestinal tubes under endoscopic guidance;
• Participation in hybrid operations (together with surgeons and interventional radiologists).

2020 – present: endoscopist at the Endoscopy Department of City Clinical Hospital No. 15 named after O.M. Filatov (Moscow Department of Health), Moscow. Supervises patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding, performs complex diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
2012–2020: endoscopist at the Endoscopy Department of a multidisciplinary clinical hospital, Moscow. Mastered and introduced EUS and endoscopic polypectomy techniques.
2008–2012: surgeon in the Surgical Department, simultaneously performed endoscopic examinations as part of on‑call duties. Received in‑depth training in emergency endoscopy.

Higher education: First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov, specialising in "General Medicine" (graduated in 2006).
Residency: in surgery at City Clinical Hospital No. 15 named after O.M. Filatov (2006–2008).
Professional retraining: in "Endoscopy" at the Russian Medical Academy of Continuing Professional Education (2010).

Professional retraining in endoscopy in 2001; in oncology in 2002.
Numerous annual advanced training and improvement courses in various areas of clinical endoscopy, hepatobiliary surgery, and endoscopic ultrasonography.
