Head of the Department of X‑ray Endovascular Diagnostics and Treatment (RЭDiL).
Associate Professor at the Department of Hospital Surgery No. 1, Faculty of General Medicine, Pirogov RNRMU, holds the status of "Moscow Doctor".

Specialises in high‑tech X‑ray endovascular interventions, including:
• Endovascular treatment of critical lower limb ischaemia and diabetic foot syndrome (including hybrid technologies);
• Emergency care for ischaemic stroke (thromboaspiration and thrombectomy);
• Treatment of portal hypertension in patients with liver cirrhosis during active bleeding (transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunting – TIPS);
• Stenting for stenoses of brachiocephalic arteries (carotid and vertebral) and branches of the abdominal aorta (renal arteries, coeliac trunk, mesenteric artery);
• Endovascular treatment of coronary heart disease (balloon angioplasty with stenting);
• Implantation of vena cava filters in patients with iliofemoral thrombosis for pulmonary embolism prevention;
• Embolisation of bleeding vessels for acute haemorrhage;
• Use of carboxyangiography in patients with renal impairment;
• Thrombectomy for acute arterial and venous thrombosis;
• External‑internal biliary drainage for hepatobiliary diseases;
• Uterine artery embolisation for uterine fibroids and prostatic artery embolisation for benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Unique techniques developed and implemented by the specialist:
• Retrograde assisted catheter aspiration method for acute arterial thrombosis of the lower extremities (including in patients with COVID‑19);
• Introduction of carboxyangiography for endovascular interventions in patients with renal impairment;
• Antegrade‑retrograde access in the treatment of lower extremity atherosclerosis;
• Direct carotid artery puncture in endovascular treatment of ischaemic stroke.

2005 – graduated from Samarkand State Medical University named after Academician Pavlov, specialising in "General Medicine" (diploma No. 283155).
After 2005 – completed residency and specialisation in X‑ray endovascular diagnostic and treatment methods.
June 2019 – appointed Head of the Department of X‑ray Endovascular Diagnostics and Treatment at City Clinical Hospital No. 15.
Under his leadership, the department became one of the leading in Moscow for emergency care for patients with ischaemic stroke, haemorrhage and acute thrombosis.
During the COVID‑19 pandemic, the department under his leadership accumulated one of the largest experiences in providing X‑ray endovascular care to patients with complications of coronavirus infection.
