Performing major obstetric surgeries: cesarean section (including corporal and fundal); hysterectomy (Cuvéler’s uterus); applying B‑Lynch sutures, compression square sutures, Perrey sutures, sutures on the ascending uterine arteries; therapeutic and diagnostic relaparotomy. Performing surgery for the following diagnoses: premature detachment of a normally located placenta, placenta previa with bleeding, placenta accreta with subsequent hysterectomy without adnexa, uterine rupture along a scar.
Proficiency in the technique of extraction with the intact fetal membrane and the intact fetal‑placental complex.
Proficiency in the technique of autologous blood reinfusion using the Cell‑Saver device.
Proficiency in managing spontaneous vaginal deliveries in cephalic and breech presentations (including footling breech), deliveries with a uterine scar, difficult deliveries complicated by shoulder dystocia, and deliveries in multiple pregnancies.
