• Diseases of the nose and paranasal sinuses: chronic and recurrent rhinitis; sinusitis in children; difficulty breathing through the nose; deviated nasal septum; hypertrophy of the nasal conchae; polypoid changes in the nasal cavity; foreign bodies in the nose; nosebleeds; consequences of nasal injuries.
• Adenoids: diagnosis of the degree of enlargement and treatment of chronic adenoiditis, determination of indications for surgical treatment, performance of adenotomy using modern methods.
Diseases of the tonsils and pharynx: chronic tonsillitis; frequent sore throats; hypertrophy of the palatine tonsils; difficulty swallowing; snoring and sleep‑related breathing disorders; paratonsillar complications; recurrent inflammatory diseases of the pharynx..
• Tonsillotomy or tonsillectomy (the method is selected individually after examination and assessment).
• Ear diseases and hearing impairments: acute and chronic otitis media; exudative otitis media; frequent otitis in children; hearing loss; tinnitus or discomfort in the ears; tympanic membrane perforation; consequences of ear inflammations and injuries.

Performs planned and emergency surgical interventions for diseases of the ENT organs in children. Priority is given to gentle, modern, and safe techniques that help reduce the recovery period and minimize discomfort for the child.

Possible types of interventions:
- removal of adenoids;
- operations on palatine tonsils;
- removal of foreign bodies from nose, ear, pharynx;
- stopping nosebleeds;
- opening and drainage of purulent foci of the ENT region;
- treatment of complications of inflammatory diseases of the ear, throat and nose;
- surgical correction of certain conditions of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx.

If necessary, conservative or surgical treatment is selected. The scope of the operation and the treatment method are determined only after an in‑person consultation, diagnosis, and assessment of the child’s overall condition.
