Work Experience:

From 1985 to 1992, he worked as a pediatric surgeon in the Department of Urology and Elective Surgery at Children's City Clinical Hospital No. 13 named after N.F. Filatov. Since 1992, he was appointed assistant professor at the Department of Pediatric Surgery at the Russian State Medical University. From 2003 to 2009, he was an associate professor at the Department of Pediatric Surgery at the Russian State Medical University. Since 2009, he was a professor at the Department of Pediatric Surgery at the Russian National Research Medical University. From 2012 to 2016, he was deputy chief physician for surgery at the Morozov Children's City Clinical Hospital. From 2016 to 2018, he headed the Center for Reproductive Health of Children and Adolescents. Since 2014, he has been the chief pediatric urologist-andrologist at the Moscow Health Department.

Basic Education

In 1983, he graduated from the pediatric faculty of the 2nd Moscow State Medical Institute named after N.I. Pirogov. After graduating, he completed a residency in pediatric surgery at the N.F. Filatov Children's City Clinical Hospital No. 13 from 1983 to 1985. In 1994, he defended his candidate's dissertation on the topic: "Optimization of surgical treatment of hydronephrosis in children." In 2008, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Prognosis and treatment of hydronephrosis in children."

Publications

He has 155 publications, 50 of which are in peer-reviewed journals and five in educational and methodological textbooks used in teaching practice. He is a co-author of the 2004 textbook "Surgical Diseases of Childhood" for Moscow medical schools and a co-author of the 2009 National Guide to Pediatric Surgery. In 2018, the book "Pediatric Urology: Modern Surgical Techniques from the Prenatal Period to Puberty" was published under the editorship of Professor S.G. Vrublevsky.
